ZN House uses a 360° quality assurance system that combines ISO 9001 procedures with AI monitoring. Its factories monitor 342 production checkpoints, including laser alignment of structural connections and electrical circuit self-tests. Each module undergoes three checks: robotic scanning during production, load simulation after assembly and stress testing during site installation.Strategic partners undergo a mandatory audit against 18 criteria, including material traceability and carbon neutrality. The company reports a 99.4% first-pass acceptance rate across more than 60 countries and 1.2 million incident-free operating hours, supported by certifications. Quality control is integrated into design, manufacturing and installation. -
Environmental Stewardship
ZN House addresses resource use through material sourcing, manufacturing and product reuse. S550MC high-strength steel reduces weight by 30% and carbon footprint by 20%; university partnerships support development of bio-based coatings that extend product life.
