The bottom frame structure is built with a 3 mm thick section of steel, which provides a strong foundation for the whole structure. Flooring options include fiber cement, waterproof and fireproof materials, and alternatives to MGO. For added comfort and aesthetics, we offer a 2.0 mm PVC floor finish.
The roof of our container house has a frame structure made of 3 mm thick section steel, which provides strong protection against external elements. The outer shell is made of a 0.45 mm steel plate for durability. Our container houses are insulated with 100 mm glass wool for excellent thermal insulation. The ceiling consists of 0.5 mm steel plate sub-tiles, which add an elegant touch to the overall design.
Safety and security are paramount in our container homes. Corner posts are fabricated from 5.0 mm cold rolled steel sections, galvanized, and welded for structural integrity. The wall panels are designed in sandwich panels with 75 mm rock wool insulation for optimum thermal and acoustic insulation. To ensure plenty of natural light and ventilation, we used sliding UPVC profile windows with double glazing, measuring 800 mm and 1100 mm. Steel doors measuring 840 mm and 2035 mm provide strong security while maintaining the aesthetics of our container homes.
We adopt automatic galvanizing and baking paint spray-forming technology to guarantee the perfect surface treatment. This process enhances the visual appeal of our container home and protects it from corrosion and exterior elements.
