product value for cost was good. Ivy was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help us with questions. there are installation instructions, but they are not specific to your product, especially with additions/modifications such as deck or gabled roof. we are partially through the build of 1 of 2 houses that we purchased. if these go well we hope to purchase again. shipment left when promised and arrived on time.
